At Bradley Home Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, we will coordinate a freight carrier pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller home decor accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
